Review on Bracoo Elbow Brace: Reversible Neoprene Support Wrap for Joint, Arthritis Pain Relief, Tendonitis - Sports Injury Recovery, ES10, 1 count (Black) by Dana Mahendra

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It is impossible to buy just one brand.

Bought three elbow pads to limit left arm range of motion. There were/are problems with sprains, sprains, so every year, spring or fall, I somehow manage to hurt my left hand. I am by no means a tennis player. I just get myself into trouble with raking, seeding, or other repetitive tasks that cause weeks of pain! So I bought Braka, Josa and Muller. All get a score of 5, but they all have very different characteristics. In terms of support, Bracco is the hardest; restricts freedom of movement the most. Next comes Mueller, who is the least restrictive of Yosa. Bracoo bands are wide and can put pressure on the lateral epicondyle, as can tennis bracelets. I use them too, but wanted to try something that limited the range of motion. Bracco is a bit tricky to put on, but once you get the hang of it, it's ok. And can be easily adjusted depending on the joint. Bracco is too wide and hot, too heavy to sleep on. I have a habit of bending my elbow when counting sheep so I was hoping to keep my arm straight without turning blue! Great when moving firewood, I'm working on a car. Excellent support. Muller is a little softer, has a cuff that you put on and then velcro tight. Very easy to use. For general support at home, at work and while driving, this is the right choice. Also too warm to sleep but not that hard. Yosoo is the most compact elbow wrap on the market and is suitable for both super hard and soft support depending on how you put it on. The straps are MUCH longer than the other two and you can manipulate them to get them in the right place. If you want to apply pressure, this is easy. The actual stiffness of the stiffeners sewn into the brace appears stiffer than the other two, but the brace is shorter than the other two so the perceived support is slightly less. Anyway, this is what I've worn to bed a few times, and the tighter straps allow the arm to breathe and hold enough pressure to keep it straight while counting sheep. so buy some. i like it all
