Better like it. No returns or exchanges
Don't go for 10 inch if you are a woman of average build. It's too high and your horrible morning neck pain will be way worse than any illness. They tell you to send it back (pay postage) until it "opens"! How can you try a pillow that is folded in half and covered in plastic without opening it?! Pay only for return postage so they refuse an "open" return. Sorry no! I saved it and I'll try to cut the foam myself somehow! Not amused.
