The support is fantastic, they are always willing to help you out with any issues that come up. I can not say enough good things about the customer service. They really go above and beyond for you, no matter what you need. The only thing I have found to be an issue is if you use another system that does not communicate well with theirs. If you use their software for inventory management, it is easy to keep track of all your products. We also use them for accounts payable so we know where our money is going at every step. It has made life easier for us!
