Review on Cuisipro Stainless Steel Measuring Spoon Set: Perfect for Precise Measurements with Odd Sizes by James Conrad

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product for measuring instruments and scales

So glad I bought them. I bake a lot and this has saved me from using the two scoops I need for most recipes. When I first poured 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla into a spoon this size, I felt like I had spent my money wisely. I love the weight of the spoons, the fact that the size is stamped on the handle, and the fact that they don't have any connections between the bowl and the handle. I don't like the curve at the ends of the spoons and would change that aspect of the design. I think it makes stacking the spoons easier, but for my purpose it's annoying. Since I bake a lot, I have several sets of balls that I keep in a small jar on the counter for easy reference. Curved handles make these and other spoons difficult to insert and remove easily. If it were my wish, the grips would be flat. Another thing I would change is that I would drop the 1/8 teaspoon measurement and add 3/4 teaspoon.

Pros
  • Dimensions are marked on dipper sticks forever
Cons
  • Sad device
