Review on HEFICED by Tim Beckett

I like that they have all my tools within one platform which is perfect when it comes time doing an audit! They are super easy to work with if you need help at anytime during your project journey. Also their customer service team has been fantastic throughout our partnership together over almost 3yrs now!! It's not much but having everything under 1 roof makes life sooo easier (and cheaper). Not really anything i dislike about them as such other than perhaps more options would be great! A little expensive up front vs some others out there who also do similar products/services however this isn't something we've encountered too often where its made us question whether certain things could exist elsewhere without needing additional software etc. We use hefacised primarily for asset inventory & compliance reporting purposes along with ensuring correct licensing agreements. The ease of use of their platform is one of my favorite things about them. They have very helpful customer service reps who are always willing to go above and beyond to help answer questions (even if it's something as simple as asking what they need to do next). Their support team knows how important security is to us. It makes our job easier when we know that someone else has already done all the heavy lifting with regards to ensuring proper processes/tools etc.
