Well they roll, but not as smooth.
I wanted wheels for my C pillars and they fit. They just don't roll as smoothly as you'd like. I have a Dolica tripod trolley and the thing rolls like butter. But they were relatively cheap, so I can't complain. Smooth as butter costs more haha.
