I bought white and it was my second pair. The only thing to be aware of is that they run VERY true to size. I wear a size 7.5 but the size is bigger for running shoes. My previous pair was a size 7.5 (a size 8 was too big) and I still had room. I mean, I've worn my previous pair to Disneyland a few times and haven't felt uncomfortable. This pair appears to have plenty of room and is comfortable to wear when running errands or going for a short walk. But they are really uncomfortable for any walk more than 20 minutes. Believe me I tried! I don't know why there is such a difference between purchases, but be sure to order correctly.
