My daughter received it as a gift and she immediately liked it. She didn't understand folding at first, so she just took them apart and was happy to carry them around and arrange them in the playroom. She then used them to fold and build towers. Now she uses them to play with other toys. She will use one of these as a mixing bowl in her kitchen or for roleplay. When friends drop by, they ALWAYS find their way to the floor. I will continue to buy these as gifts because they are just such a great open-ended toy.
