Probably the best supplement I've tried for my dog. She is a 7 year old black labrador and my guide dog. At work she involves extensive lying and walking on hard concrete floors, and in her free time she enjoys vigorous fetching, running, playing and swimming in the local stream. It works at 110% and stops with a squeak, twist and turn. Afterwards she is usually quite stiff after sleeping and sometimes limp a bit on the first few steps. Since giving her this supplement, it's almost completely gone. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I have to give her 3 or more pills per dose. I wish they were more concentrated and in a bigger bottle. I can't afford to give her that to groom every day. I am very happy to give her some daily to help with the regular wear and tear of a service dog and prevent age issues for as long as possible.
