I like that it is easy to use, you can add or remove records from your account without needing too much help.

The only thing i dislike about this software is if there was an option of adding more modules such as credit check etc so we could have all these different areas in one place. If anyone has any questions they are always answered quickly! It's very helpful for us at work because we don't need to waste time searching for documents when we want them. We also get notified instantly by email whenever someone makes changes to their profile which helps keep everyone informed.
