Plastic breaks in various places

I accidentally broke these glasses while carrying them in a glasses case in another room. broke easily around the frame. At the time I was looking into this to find a way to possibly fix it. it broke on 2nd place. super glued. no problem! then. only now, when my son wore them, I saw how the hand immediately came loose! unbelievable. Plastic is made like potato chips. I don't even want to write to the company about this as I'm sure the new pair will break within a week. Just thought people deserve to know what they are buying here. The company urgently needs to improve the durability of its plastics. even if they have to charge $10 more. Come to think of it, I've had stronger plastic from 25 cent machines.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • too long to wait
