You get what you pay for
The fit and ease of installation was great. The problem was that the boxes were flimsy plastic and the bulbs were not grounded. On a 15 amp circuit with nothing but those bulbs present, plugging in the vacuum resulted in rapid dimming and a return to normal. I replaced them with slightly more expensive (grounded) bulbs and didn't have the same dimming problem. You get what you pay for.
