For 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It takes a little patience and strength to get the old ones out and put these back in, but I've saved a lot of money by doing it myself. This is a new design where the dust cap is embedded in the joint and squeezed out a little after filling grease. Also, grease fittings aren't the kind you put the end of your grease gun on. They are now small, require the end of a needle to fill, and are right on the edge of the ball joint rather than in the middle. Lincoln part 5803 or similar is fine to fill with grease. The image you see may not be exactly what you see during this review, the image still shows the old design. One thing I didn't like about them is that they don't have a nice flat shoulder to push in from below. It's more like a folded lip and the ball joint kept wanting to touch and lean a little to one side of the set tube when trying to push it in. Done, but poor design in this area made it MUCH harder than it should have been. was
