Okay, this is a review from a dumb, non-technical person. At least that's how I felt for a while (you'll probably think I did too after telling you this story). I received the product and followed the instructions. Everything was going according to plan until I used the included "squeeze card" to pop out a few bubbles. At this point, the squeeze card scratched the screen. I was frustrated and asked for a replacement. one came I took it off and then replaced it with the old one without washing the iPad screen again. I realized that he was already clean. nope! As careful as I was, it didn't work. So I emailed their tech support and they emailed me another one. This time I wasn't able to use the tabs to remove the top cover (kinda the first thing I noticed was that there was a plastic top cover that needed to be removed - oh oh). Then tech support sent me a video from youtube and offered to replace the faulty one. The video looked so easy! But I couldn't get it to work. That's why I want to send the last defender. I have to tell you that I got very good results on the IQ test. But actually I felt so stupid. I ended up having to send them back. But now my Ipad touch screen was not working. So I go to the Apple Store. And to my great embarrassment, the iPad had 4 protective films installed. (OMG! I felt like the dumbest person ever!). The Apple Genius guy removed the other three and the touchscreen is fine). Can you become invisible and want to disappear? I was so embarrassed! Well finally these screen protectors were so good that somehow I still don't understand how I installed them so perfectly that I didn't even know I installed them. That's how good they are. Moral of the story, read all instructions to the end and pay attention. And that has to be commented on, the customer service was fast, very helpful and never made me feel like I was being stupid. You sent some screenshots. and i finally got it. I'm just glad I'm not using my real name where someone might recognize me and my incredible .faults! THE PRODUCT IS GREAT AND WORKS. It's very good quality and phenomenal customer service! It's so easy to do, you might not even realize you've done it!
