This is truly one of the greatest products ever invented. Unlike many reviewers, I knew as soon as I heard about it that it was brilliant and that I should have it. It only takes a few uncomfortable experiences with diaper cream on your hands while wrestling with a squirming baby to realize it's absolutely necessary. He does his job and does it extremely well. It's firm enough to be useful and spreads out a nice, even layer (better than if it were handcrafted, IMO), yet flexible for a soft touch. I usually wipe off excess cream on the inside of a fresh diaper with quick strokes and voila! it is clean and ready for another use. I'm upset that I just discovered there is a travel size. We don't need diaper cream very often outside (usually only at night as a preventative) and we're almost out of diapers, but I'd be happy to buy a smaller cream for her diaper bag if I see one. Before. Our copy is in top condition after 2 years of regular use. I would recommend it to anyone and have given it away several times.
