In most cases this will not work without modification.
I love the look and the good water flow. I didn't like that it already came with a brass nipple that pulled very tightly into the base. In most cases, this nipple is too short to screw into the wall. I'm a plumber and I struggle with that. The threaded elbow in your wall needs to be flush with the finished wall for this to work right out of the box. In most cases, the angle in your wall is too far away for this to work without modification.
