Received this as a gift from White Elephant and definitely felt like I left successfully that evening. I use it everyday when I teach at home, for tea and coffee (and even soup once!). I like how it works automatically and I don't have to worry about turning it on or off (one less task). The only reason I give it 4 stars is that it doesn't make things as hot as I would like. It definitely keeps them warm, above room temperature, but maybe I just like my drinks super hot. However, if you reduce the amount of liquid in the cup, the contents will get very hot!
