they don't fit right.

Loop that goes over the ear deviates from the face when the eartip is inserted into the ear canal. By sliding the loop back to fit your face, push the kidney out of the ear canal. The sound quality is good, but in the end it comes partially or entirely out of the ear, so the tilt angle has to be changed.
