Not stretchy on my review.
What you see in the add is what you get. It’s a good deal for your money, however if you’re larger you might not fit. It doesn’t have much stretch if any. But I guess that’s why Ebay is so nice, you can just return it if it doesn’t fit. But I’m 6’ 200lbs and it fit me.
