Overall I gave it one star given its value. I think you can say it's worth the money because it's cheap. However, I had to cut it to fit, and when it was then installed in my car, the fabric was so stiff that every time I hit a bump or downshifted (2nd, 4th, rear), the panel popped out. This was not the case with the old "leather" replacement boot. I couldn't return it because I had to trim it to fit, but I don't recommend it if you're looking for something loose or giving it as a gift
