I like that it's small enough to get personalized attention from your attorney when you need one but large enough for complex transactions or litigation support roles within our team as well. The software can be clunky at times - not always intuitive how certain things work/what features are available (such as being able to export documents). It would also help if there was an option where all communications were threaded together so we could easily go back through emails between attorneys without having separate tabs open throughout each email thread individually. We've used JennerB several years now since taking over ownership of legal services outsourcing operations across multiple markets globally including Canada / US marketplaces. This has been very helpful given their geographic diversity allowing us access to local counsel wherever needed around world while using same platform which makes sense considering common practices among firms worldwide such as electronic discovery management etc.
