The best part is being able to get in contact fast using our mobile devices or computers without having employees waiting for us around work stations! This platform has been very helpful during this pandemic as we can communicate quickly when needed but still maintain social distancing rules/policies. We are not sure if there's anything I dislike about speakaP because it was great so far. It does its job well enough though sometimes could be more user friendly especially considering how new they were back then maybe 3 years ago since launch date? Definitely give them an opportunity once you try out your first call through the app make up mind whether it works good for what ever reason you do decide against giving them another chance just know everything will turn fine eventually :) Our business relies heavily of customer service which speaksapp helps provide by allowing easy access via phone calls instead of physical visits all while maintaining safety protocols within office spaces.
