Ok soft box. no corner Cheap mount

The softbox does not tilt at all. A very cheap plastic bracket and screw to keep the shade from ripping off the first time. I tried several times to message the seller but the "seller" keeps changing and he replies "I have no purchase from this letter." not happy at all
