THE PHONE ITSELF SEEMS OK. BIG BUTTONS OK. LOUD RINGING IS NOT ENOUGH FOR ALL HEARING DIFFERENCES. I HAVE THIS TO REPLACE THE PHONE ON THE BED. YES, MY BED. I HAVE AN ADJUSTABLE BED SO IT IS NOT CONVENIENT TO ANSWER AT THE NIGHT DESK. I ALSO ADJUST THE HEAD AND LEGS AND POSITION THE FEET WHERE I WANT THE PHONE HANDLE FALL OUT OF THE STAND. Also, I have it right next to me and every night I have to reach for the phone on the bed to see a red light while watching TV so I know the phone is ringing. MY OLD PHONE FROM ANOTHER BRAND DOES NOT NEED ANY SETTINGS. HE JUST LAY ON THE BED AND I HEAR HE CALL.
