First I want to say. This is a professional quality machine. I could see that this has been the case for 10 years. However, I returned it. Due to its size and weight, you cannot use this for yourself. Someone has to do it for you, and YOU KNOW what it's like to ask people to "rub my back." Everyone is too busy these days :>) Also, I see that it's more of a big part of the back, maybe the lower and upper back. . But trying and massaging the "trigger points" won't work. It also provides a deep and gentle massage, but it doesn't "pound" or hit you, so to speak. If you want something rougher this isn't for you. I ended up going for one of those gun massages that look like a hair dryer. This allows me to really reach certain massage points.
