Not as good as before.

I have one of these 30-40 years old. The old model has a concave (lowered in the middle) surface and sticks better to the skin. The new one has a raised/bubbly finish against your skin and doesn't fit as well as the old model. Since your back is a bit round, a concave surface is ONLY SUITABLE, but it's not, not that good anyway. I'll leave it as is but a little disappointed that they fixed what wasn't broken and made it a lot less user friendly now. Shame.

Sturdy and durable for specific purposes.

First I want to say. This is a professional quality machine. I could see that this has been the case for 10 years. However, I returned it. Due to its size and weight, you cannot use this for yourself. Someone has to do it for you, and YOU KNOW what it's like to ask people to "rub my back." Everyone is too busy these days :>) Also, I see that it's more of a big part of the back, maybe the lower and upper back. . But trying and massaging the "trigger points" won't work. The right choice for our family

We've been using this style of orbital massager since 1987. at $200 for a stripped down version of our trusted brand (we bought the most expensive and worn 3 of these) we felt we should buy something less expensive.
