A favorite part of this backpack is the ability to remove the diaper and tissue compartment, sometimes that's all you need. Even for small children, you can use Velcro and straps to keep the little hand steady, wrap it around like half a burrito (2nd photo). Nowadays you have to pick up handkerchiefs that are almost empty so that these bags can be taken with you. Love it, I keep it in my car for emergencies or quick diaper needs. It is very compact, so it can be hung on the headrest if desired. Very nice material that appears strong and durable. Multiple pockets, you may think you don't need them, but they all used sections. 2 different ways to hang/hold straps. I recommend.
