Review on EBL 8-Pack Rechargeable Lithium AA Batteries With Smart Charger - Long-Lasting 1.5V AA Li-Ion Batteries by Pradeep Dhimal

Manual states LED should be RED if charging, GREEN if fully charged, and light off if incompatible batteries. I have tried 3 different power sources (5Vdc@2.0A, 5Vdc@2.4A using the supplied power cord, and the one shown above with its own cord) and none of them showed any color LED. I also tested the batteries and they look to be fully charged. I also checked the batteries in my 4-battery lithium charger and as seen in the picture it lights up as fully charged. My conclusion is that the charger is bad from the start even though it has a QC sticker indicating it was tested. Hopefully the seller will send me a new charger as I need to use the batteries.I am happy with the batteries.Update: 2 hours after being plugged in, the charger LEDs came on showing that it is now working. Hopefully it will continue to operate. Change from 2 stars to 4 stars.Update 9-25-2020: LEDs never changed to Green and now it is back to no LED displayed. It seem to be intermittent, maybe a loose wire inside as the contacts look to be okay. In any case, I don't trust the charger to do its job.Update 10-6-2020: Received replacement 4 battery charger with batteries. Works with no problems. While not an 8 battery charger, at least I can recharge the batteries now and the seller added the bonus of 4 additional batteries. I am satisfied with the replacement and have increased the rating to 4 stars.
