2010 VW Jetta SE for interior

I ordered a complete kit for the 2010 VW Jetta SE. The pads on the front buckets fit almost perfectly. I had to modify the side fabric (cut a hole) to accommodate the loin handle. However, the headrest covers were too big. Since the headrests were in very good condition, I gave them up. The rear bench seats were a problem, and by problem I mean trying to deal with an oiled hog. I should have known that since he asked "0" questions about the seat configuration (types of controls, knobs, etc.) I would have to seriously change the upholstery. They were "universal", which I thought meant they could fit any Jetta style. So scissors, stationery knife, a plastic knife (to stuff the material under the plastic overlay after cutting) and a drill. (to secure the cut for the center seat belt) and lots of patience. You need to lengthen the rear seat and remove it from the vehicle. If you own a VW Jetta and are ordering these seats, just KNOW that you will need to make some modifications and cut/remove some materials to make it work. You MUST cut a fairly large section (3.5" x 2") to accommodate the rear seatback latch. All in all it's a good set, looks good (except the rear sectional is a bit big).

Cons
  • There are problems
