Normally well made Eastland shoes. Just note that these are not traditional boat shoes - they don't have the "True-Moc" construction of the Sperry and other boat shoes. Instead of one piece of leather wrapping around your legs, there are several. The shoe itself has an elastic under the tongue that I cut out. It fits a little tighter than I expected. The skin is thick and requires a break-in period. They are well done. Another feature to note is that the sole (heel) has more cushioning than most firm sole pumps as it has a mesh pattern with empty spaces that offer more cushioning. However, the extra cushion means they don't last long. I'm happy with them for the price I paid (less than $50).
