Great big glasses!
So far I like these glasses very much! They helped me stare at the computer all day and taught me something I wasn't used to before. They definitely block bad light and you might notice a difference after wearing them for a long time. I wear glasses anyway, but I find them more comfortable than my prescription glasses.
