Seriously guys. Do not buy other forms for bread! I am 61 years old and a MAJOR lifelong chef and baker and have had many bread pans (both glass and metal) in my life. It is great! Heavier than most (good thing) and REALLY non-stick! "Handles" is a big plus. Do yourself a favor and wash them BY HAND (the harsh chemicals in dish soap aren't good for the non-stick coating of EVERYTHING. Same goes for your non-stick pans, etc.). Washing your hands will be easy as virtually NOTHING will stick to these pots. They are like silk.
