Next time I would buy a size or two more. My 3 year old is about 41 pounds and is wearing a size 5 and 6 today. He is quite tall and this outfit doesn't suit him like I thought it would. I thought it wouldn't fit snugly to his body due to the look of the material, but it's quite form fitting as far as it fits. and so it looks like he'll outgrow it in no time. I thought this style was made freer and more voluminous but that's okay, it suits him now but not for long.
