Great, nothing special

This gets a lot of rave reviews from YouTube map makers like Jennifer McGuire, but to be honest I don't think it's any better or worse than Canson or Strathmore, which are many, many are more profitable. They have 2 textures: one smooth (which isn't super smooth, unlike hot pressed watercolor paper which is INCREDIBLE (and over $$)) and the other side textured (but not that textured either). It is already pre-cut, which is very convenient. So if you need convenience, buy Ranger cardboard. If you don't mind cutting large sheets of watercolor paper with a paper cutter, use a Canson or Strathmore. I prefer the Canson XL cold press. In NYC, at my local AC Moore store, it's always $5.88 for a 30-page 9x12 notebook Price drops from $5.99 to $3.59. . Happy crafting!
