These wicks do not absorb moisture
These wicks do not absorb moisture. Big drop in water usage when I changed our other filters. Most of the wick stayed dry after being immersed in water about 0.5 inches. I replaced them with the Honeywell brand, which completely soaked the wick after 30 minutes. The next day all the water in the tank was gone. Save $2 or $3, but the humidifier efficiency has been reduced by more than half. Most likely more. Buy another brand. Honeywell is what I will be looking for after this experience.
