In my honest opinion, I'm not sure how well this item works. I bought it to accommodate other supplements I take for thyroid issues. What I can say, however, is excellent customer service. I had a question about portion size and got an immediate response. I will be back soon to get my test results and I'm sure everything will be fine because I feel great again and have been taking this supplement since the first week of my diagnosis.
