I travel hundreds of miles a week to work and need a reliable mount for rough roads, a multifunctional mount that allows me to hold my phone exactly where I want it without blocking the air vents. That fits the bill. I've been using it for many months and had 0 problems. Well I'm selling my car and tonight I was going to spin it and HOLY COW! I was SO impressed with this item. Once you install it, it becomes part of your vehicle and will never come off again. I'm pretty sure this beast will survive the hurricane. If I get a new car, I will buy a second one. I was able to remove the suction cup and main mount, but the panel underneath is...well, it's now a permanent mount on the dash. I struggled for 20 minutes to get rid of it but then I gave up. If this isn't what you're looking for, skip it! But if you want something hardcore and lasting, this is the best I've ever had!
