Works pretty well for a neck fan; My hair won't stick to it

I live in the south where it's very hot and muggy. I got this portable, rotating, foldable, hands-free neck fan for a number of reasons. First, I wanted to get more airflow than traditional bladed fans. Second, I wanted something my long hair wouldn't get caught on. It met my expectations in both areas. What I liked: * Easy to use. * It has 3 settings and the highest setting actually blows quite a bit. I often just have to turn it down to its lowest setting.* You can adjust the sides where the air exits so the air blows where you want.* It doesn't take long to charge and it lasts a while. I've used it for hours and the battery hasn't died.* My hair doesn't get caught in it.* It's durable.* Easy to clean with a damp cloth.* Looks good for a neck fan. It actually looks like you're wearing headphones. What I didn't like: * Because the vents are close to the ears, it can be a bit noisy. It can be difficult for me to hear others talking around me.* While you can adjust the part where the vents are located, the part around your neck is not adjustable. It would be nice to be able to bend this piece and hold the shape so it fits better.* It's a bit heavy for something around the neck. I'm cooking and standing near a hot stove and ceiling fan, the air doesn't quite reach me) than outside. When I used it outdoors in very hot weather, it just seemed to blow hot air. It helps some, but I don't see as much of a difference as using it indoors where the air is cooler. Rubber/silicone or whatever the neck is sweaty and quite rough. If I move a lot and lean, it shifts and I have to constantly change its position. I am more than satisfied with this neck fan.
