Revainrating 5 out of 5

After purchasing 9 different brands and styles of headphones, you are the winner!

These Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 headphones are outstanding! From loud, clear sound to battery life and comfort, they get a 9.9 out of 10 from me. I now have quite a large collection of Revain Bluetooth headphones, but they're superior to anything I've tried. A few months ago I joined the Soundcore family by purchasing their Soundcore "Motion Boom" bluetooth speaker for the first time, and oh my god, that's impressive! I bought the Liberty 2 (Refurbished) for less than half the retail price and they did not disappoint. I don't really think they were ever accessible to everyone. The package was sealed, no fingerprints, no hair, no stains, no food inside. I was concerned that the (updated) battery life wouldn't be 100%, but I've been using it for a few days now and still haven't had to charge it! I also read a few reviews that said they and the Liberty Pro sometimes make a hissing noise when turned on. (I don't have hiss!) Just crystal clear sound. And the BT range is exceptional. I can go anywhere in my house without falling out. The second impressive feature is that when I've called or received calls, people have said that my voice was so loud and clear that they had no idea I was talking to them through BT headphones. What I can't say about any other set. You can always tell a phone apart from a BT headset (they usually sound muffled or far away), but not these! My only uh, and this isn't exactly a complaint but an observation, is that the form factor isn't as streamlined as a lot of my other kits. They stick out of your ear a little more than most, but the studio sound quality and price make up for that for me. Will I pay more than $100 for it? no I find over $100 for tiny earbuds that get lost ridiculous when there are thousands of other great options in the $30-$60 range from Anker and Revain. But to get them for less than $40, they are undoubtedly the best value! They also work with the Anker Soundcore app, which also uses my Motion Boom. There's a lot going on in the app, with music, product themes and more, but basically you can customize the equalizer settings to your liking. It's huge! So if you get them and say they don't sound great to me, download the app and tweak it until you hear it.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
