Review on 👃 Panasonic ER-GN30-H: Men's Wet Dry Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer with Hypoallergenic Dual Edge Blade by Dawn Bias

The trimmer proved very effective. However, after prolonged use (once every 2 weeks, maybe for 2-3 months), I encountered many cases when the product did not turn on; The problem is not with the battery as I had the same problem whether it was a new battery or not. I had to open the battery connector and spin the battery for no reason hoping the product would turn on. sometimes it worked and sometimes not. When I opened the battery compartment, I sometimes noticed that there was an unpleasant smell coming from inside. Looks like battery acid leaked. I don't know how or why this could have happened, but this is the most reasonable conclusion I can come to based on the smell and where it came from. My guess is that the battery posts are corroded and it happened very quickly. As for the battery acid smell, I can't figure out why. Since the nose hair trimmer is touted as waterproof, it doesn't seem to pass that litmus test. I'm stuck with this horrible product not working because Revain is sending you to Panasonic for past the return window. It's difficult to contact Panasonic support as it's only available during business hours and when you're at work it's difficult to contact Panasonic because you're, well, at work. Panasonic offers a bad discount on below-par products unless you're willing to shell out some money to buy something really good. Overall I would not recommend this product as you will need to replace it soon.
