A few years ago, the grain moth from birdseed invaded our home. When that happens you learn to notice the signs of small bugs and when this package arrived it was full of small fibrous strands and seeds stuck together; Signs of the presence of moth larvae. I guess it happens sometimes but an ignorant person could be involved in the intrusion like we were some time ago. I immediately put the seeds on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 220 degrees for 45 minutes. The bag immediately went into the trash can.
