Every review says to order one size up. I did and got 12. They are a bit big but I have a feeling 11 would probably be too small. So I have them with an insert from Dr. Scholl's and now they fit perfectly and I feel like I'm walking on clouds! As for the insoles, I would say they were pretty average in how comfortable the soles were. This is my 5th pair of sleds and the most uncomfortable. But after the insoles, they became amazing! And they look pretty clean too! I still love this brand. Absolutely worth the money.
