Sanuk Rounder Slip Pirate Black: The Ultimate Casual Slip-On for Style and Comfort Review

I usually wear an 8.5 on Puma, Nike and Asics. I checked and used the tool that tells me what size to wear and it showed a 9. When I got them I tried them on straight away and realized they were damn big. I was afraid that size 8 would be too small but I ordered size 8 just to compare. Size 8 fitted perfectly, had room in the toe box and wasn't tight at all. I expect they will stretch a bit over time which if this is true will result in a size 9 being too big and a size 8 having even more room.

Just bought a second pair. The most comfortable beach and pool shoes I've ever had. Love closed toes instead of sandals or flip flops. VERY casual but you can wear them to dinner at a beach restaurant. I had the first pair for 3 years and I loved them. The only complaint is that the first pair was only worn for 2 weeks, once a year for those 3 years while on vacation in Mexico. They literally fell apart long before they wore out. I love the more rounded style. They are so easy to put on and take off. Of course they are very casual and look great with jeans or shorts. They are so affordable I now have 7 pairs. They're well made and hold up well, but when they wear out I put a pair in the garage, another pair on the back porch for gardening/pool work etc. I throw them in the washing machine when needed. The most comfortable shoes I own.

Every review says to order one size up. I did and got 12. They are a bit big but I have a feeling 11 would probably be too small. So I have them with an insert from Dr. Scholl's and now they fit perfectly and I feel like I'm walking on clouds! This should be my sixth pair of Sanuk Rounders. I love rounders. I HATE high soles and soles that are wider than the bottom of the shoe.
