I like how easy it was for us as an internal IT department/team (both front-end & back-)to use OSS in order make life easier when needed from different locations with various skill sets - no other way than this tool could have helped solve problems quickly without much hassle or confusion regarding implementation time lines etc.. It has enabled better coordination between teams by creating task lists which are easily accessible using search filters.- nothing so far really liked but if you need file storage access then only go ahead otherwise there's more tools available out here already! I like that it has an API for automation with other tools in addition to being able to manage tickets from any device (mobile or desktop). It's easy enough to use but requires some learning time if you are new to ticketing management software. Once your comfortable using this tool you will be very happy with how well everything works together. The best part was when my supervisor told me to get started using OnSites File because she saw great potential for improvement over her current system.
