We bought this for our king size mattress about 2 years ago. It still works great! Having children makes it difficult to stay clean. Literally during the night I threw up 5 times. The case held up great! I just wiped down the cover and put new sheets on it (5 times in one night). This thing saved our mattress! I wash it often and it has held up well with my husband and toddler. (Just wash as directed. Do not use high heat to dry.) It is durable and will not rip like other cheap ones. It doesn't have that rustling sound like plastic caps. It's breathable and you can't even tell it's there! It's definitely worth it!
