This item is amazing. It's made out of Lycra so you can roll it up and stuff it all the way into an old 35mm film case, giving it room for easy storage anywhere. I have one of those weird useless pockets on the shoulder of my winter coat that this thing tucks neatly into. So far I've used it twice in conditions where the ambient temperature wasn't too low but strong winds cut through my sweatshirt and cooled my neck and ears. It's amazing how such a small amount of material in the right configuration can make you so much more comfortable. Eyehole if you are cold but not currently doing ninja missions. It fits easily under my other hats or under the hood of a sweatshirt or coat. I bought a few more to stuff in my glove compartments. I also think I should mention that while I normally expect this product to have a somewhat rubbery odor coming out of the plastic, none of the products I have purchased had an odor.
