It heats really well which is nice but it doesn't vibrate. You move your feet across the ledges/rollers, but there's nothing automatic. They feel good, although this may not be what you're looking for. The heat is really hot, when the water gets hot it can be a bit uncomfortable. I'm keeping it at 39 for now, which is slightly below hot tub temp just so my feet don't get too hot when it starts to heat up. The bubbles mostly sound good, but you don't really feel them when they're on. They add a slight vibration from the motors only. Only when the heating is on, the bucket is silent, which you may wish very much, because you can get a hand massage through the rollers, warmth, peace and quiet. :) This thing is very light! I'm impressed in that regard, my mom had a foot massager that felt like dragging a clumsy brick. I checked mine over the sink to look for cracks after reading some of the other reviews. I have no cracks :) In general, I like it. I'm a little frustrated that it doesn't actually vibrate, but I think I can handle it because the rollers do a good massage job and the silence is comfortable.
