Why did I buy this HORRIBLE product in the first place? We live in an area with high levels of manganese in the water. I've always struggled with the rust colored ring for the toilet. I saw a cleaning video of this woman using this product and I loved it. After the second week, the toilet was covered with a slimy film. I believe it's the part of the plastic that is dissolving. It did not remove the manganese stains and what is worse I am very concerned that this product has damaged three of my Kohler toilets. When I removed the top from one of these, I read: in the tank, otherwise your warranty will be void. I wish I had taken the time to read this sentence before adding a stinky cheap smelling pill! If any of you have KOHLER products, please DO NOT use these items!
