Review on 🔒 Altec Lansing LifeJacket Waterproof IMW889L BLK: Unmatched Durability with Extreme Waterproof Protection by Gina Walser

I've waited a few years to buy one of these and finally I was able to afford it. It was absolutely wonderful out of the box with the best sound in a portable sound box of this size. I have also used Altec Lansing products in the past to design custom speakers with great/amazing sounding drivers of amazing quality and durability. But this one just left me. I tried to make sure it was charged and when I turned it on, nothing. I called Altec Lansing and was told to just fully discharge the battery and then fully charge it again and try again. I did that and it just turned on for a minute and bam. again nothing. Tried this reset again and it didn't even sound a second time. No other endorsement was provided by Altec Lansing and I will not be purchasing any of their products again. It's a shame because it really was the best I've ever heard from a speaker of this size. It has NEVER gotten wet, has NEVER been dropped, been thrown away and still looks brand new. Maybe JBL or something in the future, although it sounded better than the competition. Sad.
