The computer itself is what you pay for. No problem. But by God. Trying to get the Office 365 annual subscription included in the package is a joke. You'll have to contact HP, who will first tell you it's only a 30-day free trial, although the description clearly states that a year of Office 365 is included. I've been chatting with them for almost two hours now and I had to send them some photos of what's on the box. Honestly, I should have just bought the $99.99 365 subscription. I could put the two hours I put into this customer support session into other aspects of my life and move forward.
